Q: Can I order prints? What's availiable? What's the turnaround time?
A: Absolutely! We offer printing service depends on the product you need. Postcards & Greeting Cards for Holiday Season requires a 2 weeks turnaround time. Other printing service, please contact us to discuss your needs.
Q: How long will it take to receive my photos?
A: A link to view your photos within a day of your session will be sent to your inbox. Once you make your selections, the photographer will finish the retouches and have them ready for you within a week. .
Q: Are digital files included?
A: The number of high-resolution digital files of your edited images are included in the package depends on the package you choose. You can also choose to buy more digital images at an additional cost. Please check the description of each session for details.
Q: Can I customize my session?
A: Absolutely! We understand the importance of creating unique memories. Contact us to discuss any specific themes, props, or requests you have in mind. We're here to make your vision come to life.
Q: Can I bring my own props?
A: Absolutely! Feel free to bring any personal props you'd like to incorporate into the session. We're here to accommodate your unique style and preferences.
Q: Will outfits be provided?
A: Depends on the session you choose. For Mini-Sessions, outfit will not be provided, please come ready and dressed! We have some outfits for specific sessions, especially for baby/children shoot. Please contact us if you need outfits!
Q: What should I wear for the Holiday Mini-Session?
A: We recommend festive or coordinating outfits that complement the holiday theme. Avoid overly busy patterns, and feel free to bring a change of clothes if you'd like multiple looks.
Q: Is there a limit to the number of people in the Holiday Mini Session?
A: The package is designed for maximum 4 people (2 adult + 2 kids). For larger groups or extended family sessions, please contact us in advance to discuss options and any additional fees.
